*  In the United States, it is not allowed to sell genetically modified wheat commercially........   We have been purchasing our wheat for over 20 years from the same family farms in Montana.....  

In fact, I've had some customers that were thinking about going "gluten free" try our Honey Whole Wheat and because we use such a high quality wheat....have had positive health changes!!
